Tips for measuring your wrist;
Use a seamstress tape to measure or use a string and a ruler. Simply wrap the string around your wrist, mark the measurement and use a flat ruler to determine your size. 

Most women typically wear a 5"-5.5" cuff. Average men's size is 6"- 7".
