CUSTOM ORDERS

     Minimum of $50 non-refundable deposit (subject to vary) to secure time and materials. The rest of agreed upon payment is due upon completion and before shipping. Wait times are usually 4-6, sometimes 8 weeks. Please be aware, patient and respectful of artist's time.

SHIPPING

     Some items are made to order while some are already made. If you have a time sensitive package please be sure to add a note. Shipping time is about 1 week for ready to ship items. 3-6 weeks, occasionally up to 8 weeks on made to orders. Please feel free to reach out about your order at anytime. PR is not responsible for packages once they are shipped. Patron may purchase shipping insurance from the USPS at check out. PR is not responsible for missing, lost, damaged or stolen packages. If an item is purchased outside of the store website shipping insurance is not typically included. Please be sure to ask to pay for insurance if you would like to add it to your shipping cost.

 

CARE

     PR guarantees high quality lifelong craftsmanship, each item is tested for maximum durability before shipping. However  precious and fine jewelry are made to be handled with care. Please never use any excessive force on any of these pieces. Do not swim or sleep in jewelry. Store away from moisture to avoid tarnish. Use a simple polishing cloth to keep your pieces shinning.

REPAIRS

     If a problem occurs within the first week PR can repair the item for a fee of $20. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. PR unfortunately does not have a repair department and are unable to take on repair work beyond this.
